A contemporary art installation in the form of bubbles jetting out of a wine bottle, warm glow of lighting installations, champagne gold and burgundy-colour marquees, sounds of popped corks, chill-out jazz music and the spectacular skyline of Victoria Harbour all worked together to create one of the most swanky outdoor parties in Hong Kong where fine wine, gourmet food and fun in massive amount were enjoyed by all.
