Hung Shui Kiu / Ha Tsuen New Development Area (HSK/HT NDA) creates a sustainable, people-oriented, and balanced community by incorporating existing ecological, natural, and cultural resources into an enjoyable environment to live, play and work.

Inspired by the surrounding environment, the Community Liaison Centre (CLC) utilizes wooden texture and grass pattern to create a soothing atmosphere. The visitors could immerse themselves in the sound of nature while sitting down in the resting area.

A set of LED pillars installed in front of the resting area illustrates the vision and mission of the HSK/HT NDA with bold and stunning images. Additionally, the interactive kiosk besides the LED pillars enables the visitors to attain greater insight of the HSK NDA project.
